What if a building could change shape in response to the sun, wind and landscape?

Architecture that is no longer static, but capable of adapting to local conditions and the passage of time.

Each level changes its orientation independently, opening towards the light, seeking new viewpoints and continually redefining its relationship with the landscape.

The building is conceived as a dynamic organism: a structure capable of responding to its environment and assuming different configurations throughout the day and across the seasons.

DYNAMIC ARCHITECTURE

A form in continuous transformation

The independent rotation of the levels progressively changes the building’s profile and how it is perceived. Solids and voids shift, surfaces overlap and separate, while light and shadow draw a new configuration each time.

Movement transforms more than the exterior image: it changes the orientation of spaces, views and the relationship between interior and landscape. The building has no single final form, but many possible forms generated by time and environment.

RELATIONSHIP WITH THE SUN

Light changes with the seasons

Two North–South sections compare different solar altitudes in the northern hemisphere. The building’s vertical geometry does not change; only the lighting condition varies.

Plan rotation and solar orientation

The elliptical form makes movement legible: throughout the day, each level can change its exposure in response to the sun’s changing position.

The building responds through the plan rotation of individual levels around the fixed core.
