A residence capable of changing orientation

Adaptive Rotating Villa is a dynamic residence that changes its orientation throughout the day, offering different views and a continually renewed relationship with the landscape.

Its orientable elliptical plan improves exposure according to the sun’s position, optimising natural light, shading and environmental comfort at different times of day and across the seasons.

The project integrates an equipped panoramic terrace and a curved brise-soleil designed in continuity with the villa’s geometry. Movement and passive strategies help reduce energy consumption.

The villa is the residential development of H34ENERGY’s research into the Rotating Building.
